            Governor Henry moved to adopt Resolution 10-04 establishing proposed millage rates for the Library District; adopt 5:30 P. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 as the First Public Hearing date and time and 5:30 P. on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 as the Second and Final Public Budget Hearing date and time; and authorize the Library Director to notify the Property Appraiser of this Resolution and to file the Certification of Taxable Value.        Friends of the Library Donation Millhopper Branch Library Reading Room ($75,000. 00)   Staff Recommended Action: Accept the donation from the Friends of the Library in the amount of $75,000. 00 and authorize the Governing Board Chair to send a thank you letter to the Friends of the Library for this generous donation.
