Access to databases is available immediately after registration. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing before using OverDrive for digital media downloads. Downloadable media from OverDrive will not be accessible to out-of-state users. Internet Cards The Internet Card allows reservations for time on a library computer with Internet access. An Internet Card can be issued quickly at any ACLD location. However, if your account is delinquent with over $50 worth of material overdue for more than 60 days, your account will be referred to an outside agency for "materials recovery" and a $10 fee will appear on your library account.
