Click on the form(s) you need, fill in the information, print, sign and send the paper copy to the Volunteer Program Specialist at the address below, or drop it off at your nearest Branch Library.

Captioned videos and DVD's with subtitles in many languages are available to check out. If you are disabled or find it difficult to leave home, arrange for library materials to be delivered to your home—apply for Homebound service.   Each spring, tax help, provided by the American Association of Retired Persons, is offered at several libraries within the system. You can use fabric, paper, magazine clippings, print-outs, etc. You can also use glass paint to add accents on the front of your plate if you\'d like (I\'ve seen some really cool plates done like this).
