His mom and dad must go to Texas to get special chemotherapy for his mom, and the children don’t go with them. His two sisters stay with his mother’s mother, while he gets to go to New York to stay with his father’s mother, Kate. Kate takes Alex with her when she goes to the Amazon to write an article about mysterious beings known as the “Beasts”. When they go Alex meets a girl Nadia, and finds his inner animal. Nadia and Alex go on a mysterious journey to save a Native American tribe known as the People of the Mist. On this journey they overcome multiple obstacles, and discover things they never knew could be possible.             This book I think was very well written, and filled with emotion. The characters are very well developed allegra cole production and you feel like you are there allegra 30 ct meeting them personally. Teen Book Review by: Olivia Alphas (teen review) -A +A Reviews are a great way to see what other teens thought of new books at the library!   This one comes from Tower Teen Kelly:  An academy full of the brightest, most beautiful, and best girls in the world, of course you can expect a good story.

  Alphas is the story of three teenaged girls chosen for the program, and their allegra cole production story, at the academy.             Each girl is handpicked by Shira Brazille, the head of the Alpha Academy and the “international Alpha Female” of the world.   The book focuses on the stories of Skye Hamilton, Allie A.   Alpha Academy is situated on an island that’s weather changes based on Shira’s mood, and this is only one of the technological advances of the island.   Another example is the A-pods that are like iPods except made especially for girls at the Alpha Academy.   One by one, girls will be kicked out of the program for whatever reason Shira comes up with.   Getting chosen to the academy is every girl’s dream, but staying in is what matters.   Already one girl is gone, but you’ll have to read the book to find out which one.   The one that survives allegra cole production the academy will be incredibly famous and successful, just like Shira.   Throughout the book, the girls are tempted to disobey the rules, especially the ones regarding Shira’s sons.   Shira clearly states that no one can date, text or flirt with her sons but, of course, Skye, Allie and Charlie don’t listen.

  In addition, the girls learn new things about themselves they never knew.             I really enjoyed the book, and I’m definitely going to read the second and third books in the series, Movers and Fakers and Belle of the Brawl.   My favorite character out of the three is Skye, but each girl’s story is so different, you’ll find one you can relate to.   If you enjoyed Lisi Harrison’s other series, The Clique, you’ll definitely like reading this one.
