  Dan Johnson, Bogdahn Consulting Group, reported the move from State Street Bank to Regions Trust for account administration and from Rhumbline to the previously approved investment firms was completed, and this was a smooth transition.   This was the first full quarter following the restructuring of the Pension Fund, and the Fund did well for the period ending September 30, 2010.   The Pension Advisory Committee approved a recommendation to the Pension Board of Trustees to authorize Regions Trust to rebalance the R&D account quarterly to maintain a balance of $200,000, making contributions or distributions as necessary from the investment portfolios at their target weights.   This recommendation will be presented to the Pension Board of Trustees at their meeting on October 28.
