Johnson would present an investment recommendation to the Pension Advisory Committee (PAC) on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 and to the Pension Board of Trustees (PBT) on Thursday, March 11, 2010. Livingston by February 25, 2010 in preparation for the presentation/recommendation to PAC & PBT in March 2010.      Defined Benefit Actuarial Valuation Report as of October 1, 2009 Ms. Daniels, USI Consulting Group, presented the presented the ACLD Defined Benefit Actuarial Valuation Report.

  There was a brief discussion regarding the Report. Hirsch inquired as to the impact to the District’s fiscal situation as a result of the move to FRS in 2008. Hutchison agreed that the District is in a better fiscal situation as a result of this move. Shaw, Foundation Board of Directors, reported that the Gala gross proceeds were $42,000 and expenses were $13,000.   The Foundation is already looking for possible authors for the event. Shaw gave a brief overview of the Foundation’s Endowment Fund.

  The Foundation received a $2,500 donation to the allegra d side effects back pain Endowment Fund from the Ehrhart Family Foundation (former Trustee Carol Higman’s Family Trust).    Madelyn Lockhart, a $5000 sponsor of the GALA, placed a leaf on Katherine’s Tree in memory of Alexander Lockhart.   The Kosman Foundation donates $2000 allegra d side effects back pain annually to the Foundation in honor of Guy Hudspeth. The Foundation has received the 2010 and 2011 donations. The Foundation will participate in the UF Campaign for Charities again this year (UF’s United Way Campaign),  The donations, which total  $7,000 to $10,000 annually, will be placed into the endowment fund.
