Irby, Assistant Clerk/Finance Director Todd Hutchison,  Deputy Clerk Steve Donahey The meeting was not televised.   Chair Roy called the meeting to order at 10:31 A.      Approval of Ranking – Modernization of Elevators at the Headquarters Library           Governor DeLaney moved adoption of the Consent Agenda.       Approval of Regular Agenda            Governor DeLaney moved adoption of the agenda.     Special Presentations           (There were no items submitted in this category.      Board of Trustees           (There were no items submitted in this category.     Library allegra d thyroid Director’s Performance Evaluation           Chair Roy presented the above item. Hirsch for his outstanding service to the Library District and wished him well in his upcoming allegra d thyroid retirement.   The Board stated that all the accolades and awards he and the district have received are well allegra d thyroid deserved.           Commissioner Pinkoson moved to approve the Performance Review Summary.     Board of Trustees Appointment (City of Gainesville Representative)           Clerk Irby called for each Governor’s nomination for the City of Gainesville Representative.               Commissioner DeLaney moved appointment of Vivian Filer as the City of Gainesville Representative to a term from April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2014.      Board of Trustees Appointment (Alachua County Representative)           Clerk Irby called for each Governor’s nomination for the Alachua County Representative.

          Commissioner DeLaney moved appointment of Sheila K.      Library District Press Release & Publicity           Library Director Sol Hirsch presented the allegra otc mg above item.   Governing Board Comment           Governor Roy allegra d thyroid stated that she received a letter from Doris Hoffman and Janis Stewart regarding the excellent services and staff at the Tower Road Library and wished allegra d thyroid that Mr. Hirsch would pass the message to the staff of the Tower Road Library and thank them for the excellent work.      Citizen Comment           Chair Roy recognized Vivian Filer who expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to work on the Board of Trustees and stated that the Library District staff is truly wonderful to work with.       Adjournment           There being no further business before the Board the meeting was adjourned at 10:50 A.
