          Governor Pinkoson moved that the educational component of the criteria for the Library Director’s job be that a candidate has achieved or is in the process of achieving a MLS degree.           Chair Henry recognized Alachua County Human Resources Manager Kim Baldry, Kim Worley, and Dorothy Field, who presented comments to the Board.           The motion carried 3-2, with Governors Byerly and Roy voting nay.           Governor Pinkoson left the room at 12:01 P.
