       Election of Governing Board Chairperson and Vice Chairperson             Clerk Irby called for nominations for the Chair of the Governing Board.   Governor Lowe nominated Governor Eileen Roy as the Chair of the Library Governing Board.             Clerk Irby called for nominations for the Vice Chair of the Governing Board.             Governor Lowe nominated Governor Paula DeLaney as the Vice Chair.             Governor DeLaney nominated Governor Scherwin Henry.             After discussion Governor Lowe withdrew his nomination of Governor DeLaney.             The nomination of Governor Scherwin Henry carried 5-0.      Resolution 10-01 – Authorizing Signatories on the Library District Accounts D.     First Amendment to Agreement – All American Building Maintenance Services, Inc.      First Amendment to Agreement – Bakery Security Agency, Inc.       Second Amendment to Agreement – Stewart Marchman Act Behavioral Healthcare             allegra d usage Governor DeLaney moved approval of the Consent Agenda.             (The items on the Consent Agenda are of a routine nature.   The motion to approve the Consent Agenda approved all items and the recommended actions on the Consent Agenda.
