Investigates each incident and identifies measures to prevent recurrence of a similar incident. Identifies and corrects hazards before they result in accidents. Minimizes the results of an incident by following set procedures for reporting, obtaining medical treatment and investigating the incident. The Facility/Safety Services Administrator is responsible for the overall coordination of the Library District safety program. The District's safety program committees include: the Safety Review Committee, the Management/Union Safety Committee, and the Library Director Safety Committee. Training and accident investigation are responsibilities of the Department Manager.

Each department and branch will hold a monthly safety meeting to discuss safety issues. Minutes will be maintained for each meeting and forwarded to the Facility/Safety Services Administrator for review. The Safety Review Committee will review all accidents and make recommendations to the Management/Union Safety Committee on whether or not the accident was preventable. The Safety Review Committee will make recommendations to the Management/Union Safety Committee on proposed revisions to safety policies and procedures. The Management/Union Safety Committee’s recommendations are then allegra drug interactions reviewed by the Library Director. Employees should report unsafe conditions and not perform unsafe work tasks. Employees must report all accidents, injuries, near misses and unsafe conditions to their supervisors. Management may discipline an employee who willfully or repeatedly violates workplace safety rules. To this end, the Library District allegra d with benadryl staff attends and/or participates in the activities of certain community organizations that may require membership fees. On June 13, 2002 the Library District Governing Board declared payment of memberships in local Alachua County community allegra d with benadryl and civic organizations as a public purpose. The Library Director will make the final decision on which organizations the Library District joins and, if appropriate, designate a staff representative to the organization. The organization will promote and support the mission of the Alachua County Library allegra d with benadryl District as defined in the Library Mission Statement and Service Responses. The organization will have a not-for-profit and nonpartisan mission that will benefit from consistent contact with Library District resources and services. The organization will provide opportunities to broaden exposure of Library District services and resources to the community at large and to target populations, particularly nonusers. The organization will certify compliance with the Public Records provisions of Section 119. If an organization the Library has joined takes a stance on a political issue, the Library District will allegra d with benadryl not participate in any such political action, allegra shoes boots but will restrict itself to support for the organization's general mission. A Library District representative will limit his/her support to the general mission of the organization and may not participate in any political action or support positions that allegra d with benadryl would conflict with Library District policies or mission.
