Monroe, Trustee, asked several questions related to the monthly report: ·         4% decrease in overall Library visits – Decrease due to a malfunction with the gate counter at the Millhopper Branch last year. ·         Millage rate upcoming FY – No plan for an increase in the millage rate is anticipated at this time.   Once information is received from the Tax Collector, around June 1, 2011, staff will prepare the tentative millage rate to be presented to the Governing Board.

·         Increase in fuel costs – Currently, ACLD is under contract with Lewis Oil so fuel costs will not increase.
