This help is now available for Marion County seniors who may not qualify financially for other programs.  The Elder Options Community Living Program provides temporary services to qualifying seniors in Marion County. This short term help is for seniors who are being discharged from the hospital, are living temporarily in a nursing home, or are rehabilitation center patients.

Depending on the need, these might include personal care, medical equipment & supplies, home delivered meals or transportation. Other services are available, based on an individual assessment.
