Welch moved to recommend that the Pension Board of Trustees (PBT) authorize Regions Bank to rebalance the R & D account quarterly to maintain a balance of $200,000, making contributions or distributions as necessary from the investment portfolios at their target weights. Hutchison, and Debra Jackson, Financial Services Administrator.   Sawgrass will attend the January meetings (beginning 2011) of PAC and PBT.   Manning & Napier will attend the April (beginning 2011) PAC and PBT meetings. Monroe was unable to attend the Pension Advisory Committee meeting today but asked that the following questions be read during the meeting and responded to through the minutes or written response.
