Hirsch highlighted the proposed millage rate in the Monthly Report.   Circulation should break three million by the end of the Fiscal Year.   Downloadables have been impressive with circulation already at around 116,000; last fiscal year total circulation was only 30,000. Hirsch reported that the detailed statistics may not be included in the agenda packets in the future but can be provided if requested.         Library District Press Releases and Publicity Mr. Hirsch highlighted the Jail inmates transcription of oral histories.   Library staff provides the oversight for this project. Livingston, Administrative Services Division Director, as integral to getting the project started.         ACLD Public Budget Hearings Fiscal Year 2010-2011 The ACLD Public Budget Hearings will be held on September 15, 2010 and September 22, 2010 at 5:30 PM in meeting room A at the Library. Hirsch distributed additional informational items, including a brochure of the $8. 32 taxpayer return on investment in Florida public libraries and a flyer for the Children’s Movement of Florida Rally at Santa Fe College Gymnasium on September 8, 2010.
