 During this fiscal year, the Plan reduced costs, exceeded expected return, and funded new international equity and active managed bond portfolios.   Effective in early August 2010, the move from State Street and Rhumbline to Regions Bank was completed.   We now have one Trust Officer, Cindy Farrow, Regions Bank.    Library District & Finance and Accounting staff received no inquiries from retirees. Farrow, handled a couple of questions from retirees regarding deductions.   F&A maintained the Bank of America allegra hicks age account through September as a safety net in case something went astray, however again it was seamless with no issues. Hutchison suggested a recommendation from PAC to PBT regarding allocation. Hutchison explained that the PBT must direct the Pension Advisor allegra rxlist and Regions Bank to make the transactions for rebalancing.   The Pension Advisor and Regions do not have discretionary authority over allocation allegra rxlist and rebalancing. Johnson will work allegra rxlist with Regions to develop a standard letter regarding allocations and rebalancing. Welch moved to recommend that the Pension Board of Trustees (PBT) authorize Regions Bank to rebalance the R & D account quarterly to maintain a balance of $200,000, making contributions or distributions as necessary from the investment portfolios at their target weights. Hutchison, allegra rxlist and Debra Jackson, Financial Services allegra rxlist Administrator.   Sawgrass will attend the allegra rxlist January meetings (beginning 2011) of PAC and PBT.   Manning & Napier will attend the April (beginning 2011) PAC and PBT meetings. Monroe was unable to attend the Pension Advisory Committee meeting today but asked that the following questions be read during the meeting and responded to allegra rxlist through the minutes or written response. Johnson’s response to Trustee Monore’s questions: Xavier- I hope that you are doing well, and sorry that we missed you at the Alachua County Library District Pension Advisory Committee meeting this week. Accordingly, we discussed your email and I wanted to follow up with you as well. I think you bring up very good questions, and definitely appreciate the care and attention with the Pension Plan’s investments.
