Dickison, Trustees Foundation Representative, reported that the Foundation Gala with Michael Connelly was well attended with over 240 people in attendance.   She congratulated all the Foundation volunteers who organized the Gala. Shaw, Foundation Board of Directors, reported that the Gala gross proceeds were $42,000 and expenses were $13,000.   The Foundation is allegra side effects flu already looking for possible authors for the event. Shaw gave a brief overview of the Foundation’s Endowment Fund.   The Foundation received a $2,500 donation to the Endowment Fund from the Ehrhart Family allegra side effects flu Foundation (former Trustee Carol Higman’s Family allegra side effects flu Trust).    Madelyn Lockhart, a $5000 sponsor of the GALA, placed a leaf on Katherine’s Tree in memory of Alexander Lockhart.   The Kosman Foundation donates $2000 annually to the Foundation in honor of allegra side effects flu Guy Hudspeth. The Foundation has received the 2010 and 2011 donations. Field made a motion to accept the allegra side effects flu report and forward it to the Governing Board.                  Library Director Performance Evaluation Form and Self-Evaluation Mr. Hirsch, Library Director, allegra side effects flu gave a brief overview of the self-evaluation.   The Self-Evaluation is one of the components used in allegra side effects flu the evaluation of the Library Director’s performance.   The performance evaluation form was distributed with the agenda packet.   Ms Worley set a deadline of Friday, December 3, 2010, for Trustees to complete and submit their Performance Evaluation of the Library Director to Ms. Worley who will prepare the summary evaluation and meet with the Library Director early in the week of December 8.

  This will allow time for the evaluation summary to be included in the agenda backup for the BOT meeting of December 15, 2010. Rasch will forward copies of the evaluation form, LRP Accomplishments Report and the self-evaluation to Trustees via email.                         BOARD OF TRUSTEES COMMENTS Ms. Dickison inquired about Friday evening hours at libraries.
