Governor Henry stated that Ora White is his sister-in-law and requested that the County Attorney comment on whether that constituted a conflict of interest. Chair Roy recognized Ora White who presented comments to the Board. Chair Roy recognized County Attorney David Wagner, who stated that because there was no financial implication, Governor Henry could vote on the appointment.
