  PRESENT:            Chair Mike Byerly, presiding, Vice-Chair Eileen Roy, Governors Paula M.        allegra vs allegra d Election of Governing Board Chairperson and Vice Chairperson             Clerk Irby called for nominations for the Chair of the Governing allegra allegra d vs Board.   Governor Lowe nominated Governor Eileen allegra vs allegra allegra hicks textiles d Roy as the Chair of the Library Governing allegra vs allegra d Board.             Clerk Irby called for nominations for the Vice Chair of the allegra vs allegra d Governing Board.             Governor Lowe nominated allegra vs allegra d Governor Paula DeLaney as the Vice Chair.             Governor DeLaney nominated Governor Scherwin Henry.             After discussion Governor Lowe withdrew his nomination of Governor DeLaney.             The nomination of Governor Scherwin Henry carried 5-0.      Resolution 10-01 – Authorizing Signatories on the allegra vs allegra d Library District Accounts D.     First Amendment to Agreement – All American Building Maintenance Services, Inc.      First Amendment to Agreement – Bakery Security Agency, Inc.
