This fall, the Alachua County Library District plans to add a modular library building at the City of Gainesville’s Fred Cone Park Eastside Recreation Center site. A permanent library branch will be constructed in the future. Now, the bookmobile will service the neighborhood while the modular building is placed, furnished and stocked. On Wednesday, July 13, patients took advantage of these services during the Mobile Outreach Clinic’s inaugural visit to downtown Gainesville. Patients may now visit the Mobile Outreach Clinic every Wednesday from 1:00 to 4:00 p. Primary health care services are provided by the University of Florida in conjunction with the College of Medicine, Palm Medical Services, Alachua allegra wilde facebook County Health Department, the Equal Access Clinic and the School of Physician Assistant Studies. Services include health screenings and education, family medical services, family planning, resources and referrals. Services are offered at no charge, on a first come, first serve basis.
