APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA   Library Director Sol Hirsch requested that the Governing Board add an item to the agenda concerning Roof Leases for two l00kWp Photovoltaic Systems.   Governor Chestnut moved to adopt the Regular Agenda as modified. UNFINISHED BUSINESS   (There were no allegro 802 items submitted in this category.        Board of Trustees Appointment (County Representative)   Staff Recommended Action: Appoint one applicant to the Alachua County Library District Board of Trustees to serve through March 31, 2012, the remainder of the vacant County Representative term.   Library Director Sol Hirsch presented the above item.   Governor Henry stated that Ora White is his sister-in-law and requested that the County Attorney comment on whether that constituted a conflict of interest.

  Chair Roy recognized Ora White who presented comments to the Board.   Chair Roy recognized County Attorney David Wagner, who stated that because there was no financial implication, Governor Henry could vote on the appointment.

  Governor Chestnut moved to appoint Ora White to the Alachua County Library District Board of Trustees to serve through March 31, 2012, the remainder of the vacant County Representative allegro 802 term.        Roof Leases for Two l00kWp Photovoltaic Systems (Gainesville Regional Utilities Feed-in-Tariff)   Staff Recommended Action: Approve award of Bid #10-434 Rebid to Solar Impact, allegro 802 Inc. as the highest responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications; allegro 802 authorize the Library Director to negotiate allegro 802 and execute a 20 year lease with Solar allegra side effects birth control impact, Inc. in substantially allegro 802 the form attached of rooftop allegro 802 space at the Millhopper and Headquarters allegro 802 libraries for placement of photovoltaic solar panels.
