APPROVAL OF THE allegra tulsa rEGULAR AGENDA   Library Director Sol Hirsch requested that the Governing Board add an item to the agenda concerning Roof Leases for two l00kWp Photovoltaic Systems.   Governor Chestnut moved to adopt the Regular Agenda as modified. UNFINISHED BUSINESS   (There were no items submitted in this category.        Board of Trustees Appointment (County Representative)   Staff Recommended Action: Appoint one applicant to the Alachua County Library District Board of Trustees to serve through March 31, 2012, the remainder of the vacant County Representative term.   Library Director Sol Hirsch presented the above item.   Governor Henry stated that Ora White is his sister-in-law and requested that the County Attorney comment on whether that constituted a conflict of interest.   Chair Roy recognized Ora White who presented comments to the Board.   Chair Roy recognized County Attorney David Wagner, who stated that because there was no financial implication, Governor Henry could vote on the appointment.   Governor Chestnut moved to appoint Ora White to the Alachua County Library District Board of Trustees to serve through March 31, 2012, the remainder of the vacant County Representative term.        Roof Leases for Two l00kWp Photovoltaic Systems (Gainesville Regional Utilities Feed-in-Tariff)   Staff Recommended Action: Approve award of Bid allegro bus floor plan #10-434 Rebid to Solar Impact, Inc. as the highest responsive and responsible bidder allegro bus floor plan meeting specifications; authorize the Library allegro bus 40 director to negotiate and execute a 20 year lease with Solar Impact, Inc. in substantially allegro plan bus floor the form attached of rooftop space at the Millhopper and Headquarters libraries for placement of photovoltaic solar panels. In addition, authorize the Library Director to execute the allegro bus floor plan GRU Solar Energy Purchase Agreement (SEPA) and assign it to the lessor upon execution of the lease.   Library Director Sol Hirsch presented the above allegro bus floor plan item.   Governor Hawkins moved to approve award of allegro bus floor plan Bid #10-434 Rebid to Solar Impact, allegro bus floor plan Inc. as the highest responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications; authorize the allegro bus floor plan Library Director to negotiate and execute a 20 year lease with Solar Impact, Inc. in allegro bus floor plan substantially the form attached of rooftop allegro bus floor plan space at the Millhopper and Headquarters libraries for placement of photovoltaic solar panels.

In addition, authorize the Library Director to execute the GRU Solar Energy Purchase Agreement (SEPA) and assign it to allegro bus floor plan the lessor upon execution of the lease.
