Battle of the Books is a summer long program for teens.   Each branch has a team of teens that will read the same books throughout the summer, meeting up weekly to discuss and train cluminating in a final triva battle on August 13th against all of the other ACLD branches.   Millhoppers BotB team is now looking for recruits for this summers program.   Our first meeting will be the allegra biscotti collection book review on Monday, June 13th: 5:00 - 6:00 in Meeting Room B.   Team meetings for Millhopper Branch will be on each following Monday: 4:30 - 5:30 through August 8th.   All BotB allegro bus rv parts team members will recieve participation prizes and volunteer hours. Some team meetings will have snacks provided by Moe's Southwest Grill. And don't forget, you can always pick up your favorite children's books at your nearest ACLD library!   If you don't see it on the shelves or in our catalog, just ask us!
