, Policy Statement – Library Bill of Rights, be moved from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda to be heard after item IV. , Board of Trustees Performance Evaluation of the Library Director. Governor DeLaney moved approval of the Consent Agenda as modified.           (The items on the Consent Agenda are of a routine nature.   The motion to approve the Consent Agenda approved all items and the recommended actions on the Consent Agenda.       Warrant List           Staff Recommended Action: Approve the Warrant List.        Revisions to Alachua County Library District Personnel Regulations Staff Recommended Action: Approve the revisions to the ACLD Personnel Regulations as presented.

       Policy Statement – Interlibrary Loan Staff Recommended Action: Approve the revised Policy Statement – Interlibrary Loan as presented.       Policy Statement – Confidentiality of Patron Records Staff Recommended Action: Approve the revised Policy allegra biscotti collection 2 Statement – Confidentiality of Patron Records as presented.       APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA           Governor DeLaney moved approval of the Regular allegra biscotti collection 2 Agenda as modified.       Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2010 Library District Audit and Financial Statements           Staff Recommended allegra biscotti collection 2 Action: Accept the reports and authorize allegra biscotti collection 2 the Governing Board Chair to sign the allegra biscotti collection 2 Management Response letter and to certify the allegra biscotti collection 2 Fiscal Year 2010 Annual Financial allegra biscotti collection 2 Report to the Florida Department of Financial Services.
