Meeting Room A Headquarters Library 401 East University Avenue Gainesville, Florida   The Alachua County Library District Governing Board met in regular session.   PRESENT:            Chair Mike Byerly, presiding, Vice-Chair Eileen allegra d 12 hour over the counter Roy, Governors Paula M. DeLaney, Scherwin Henry, and Craig Lowe   ABSENT:              allegra d 12 hour over the counter Governor Cynthia Moore Chestnut   ALSO PRESENT:   Library Director Sol Hirsch, Administrative Services Director Shaney T. Livingston, County Attorney allegra d 12 hour over the counter David Wagner, Clerk to the Board J. Irby, Assistant Clerk/Finance Director Todd Hutchison, and Deputy Clerk Steve Donahey   The meeting was not televised.        Election of Governing Board Chairperson and Vice allegra d 12 hour over the counter Chairperson             Clerk Irby called allegra overdose effects for allegra d 12 hour over the counter nominations for the Chair of the Governing Board.   Governor Lowe nominated Governor allegra d 12 hour over the counter Eileen Roy as the Chair of the Library allegra d 12 hour over the counter Governing Board.             Clerk Irby allegra d 12 hour over the counter called for nominations for the Vice allegra d 12 hour over the counter Chair of the Governing Board.             Governor allegra d over the counter hour 12 Lowe nominated Governor Paula DeLaney as allegra d 12 hour over the counter the Vice Chair.             Governor DeLaney allegra d 12 hour over the counter nominated Governor Scherwin Henry.             After discussion Governor Lowe withdrew his nomination of Governor DeLaney.             The nomination of allegra d 12 hour over the counter Governor Scherwin Henry carried 5-0.      Resolution 10-01 – Authorizing Signatories on the Library District Accounts D.     First Amendment to Agreement – All American Building Maintenance Services, Inc.      First Amendment to Agreement – Bakery Security Agency, Inc.       Second Amendment to Agreement – Stewart Marchman Act allegra d 12 hour over the counter Behavioral Healthcare             Governor DeLaney moved approval of the Consent Agenda.             (The items on the Consent Agenda are of a routine nature.   The motion to approve the allegra hour over the d 12 counter Consent Agenda approved all items and the recommended actions on the Consent Agenda.     Approval of Regular Agenda             Governor DeLaney moved adoption of the agenda.      Special Presentations             (There were no items submitted in this category.       Board of Trustees             (There were no items submitted in this category.
