The PrimeTime Institute has two or more monthly hour and-a-half programs offering information on topics allegra edwards important to the active 50+ population. A vast range of topics are presented by local specialists and professionals such as authors, doctors, lawyers, college professors, artists, and area personalities. Arranged by a cadre of volunteers, the programs keep the 50+ participants informed, enlightened and entertained.   He scavenges junk drawers and collects objects at yard sales, flea markets, and antique fairs, where all sorts of treasures await --  boxes of toy cars; mason jars full of marbles, beads and buttons, tin containers with toy blocks, and much more   Discount stores, party stores, craft supply stores, and of course, toy stores are his favorite resources, along with things he finds walking on the beach or in the forest. Walter made his first book, I Spy: A Book of Picture Riddles in 1992, and just released a new one this past year, Can You See What I See? Walter loves making optical illusions and puzzles, visiting schools, and talking to his fans.   “In all the years I’ve been doing photography, I’ve never had a more appreciative audience than kids.
