Johnson did not have comparison data available as he just received the report ending September 30 yesterday (October 12, 2010). Johnson reported that during the quarter ending September 30, 2010, the quarter started with strong corporate profits followed by government stimulus. Accordingly, the Stock Market had its best performance for the month of September in 71 years (since 1939).  During this fiscal year, the Plan reduced costs, exceeded expected return, and funded new international equity and active managed bond portfolios.
