          Commissioner Byerly moved to approve allegro entertainment melbourne participation in the PAL (Putnam, Alachua, and Levy) County Library Cooperative through an Interlocal agreement with Levy and Putnam Counties, authorize the Governing Board Chair to execute the Interlocal agreement in substantially the same form as presented today after final review by the Library Attorney, authorize allegra wilde softball the Governing Board Chair to appoint two members of the Governing Board or other persons to serve on the PAL Cooperative Board, and request that the Board of Trustees Chair recommend to the Governing Board two Trustees to serve on the PAL Cooperative Board.           Chair Roy recognized Joanne Auth and Sol Hirsch who presented comments to the Board.
