Instead of the OverDrive Music title I expected, I downloaded a file with the extension 'ODM'. I downloaded an OverDrive Music title using Firefox® but am unable to open it. I got an error message while trying to download an OverDrive Music title. It says a connection to the Internet could not be established, but I am connected to the Internet. I had a problem while downloading a Part of an OverDrive Music title and now, OverDrive® Media Console™ won't let me download that Part again.
