Hirsch moved approval of a blended active/passive Manager approach to the Pension Trust Fund Investments as presented by Mr. Johnson and forward to the Pension Board of Trustees with a recommendation for approval. Johnson also presented an Estimated Current Investment Manager Fee Analysis. Johnson would send bid requests out for an independent custodian for the Pension Trust Fund. Alexander presented the Gala registration allegra edina email form and poster to the Trustees.   A question was raised whether someone could sponsor a half table.   The Foundation is currently working on policies concerning conflict of interest and allegra edina email investment.         UNFINISHED BUSINESS             (No items submitted in this category.      Board of Trustees Meeting Schedule Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Mr. Hirsch, Library Director The Board of Trustees meets every third Wednesday of the month, with the addition of February 24, 2011 for the Long Range Plan Workshop and May 26, 2011 for the Budget Workshop. Field moved approval of the meeting schedule for Fiscal Year 2010-2011.                  Early and Additional Closings Fiscal Year 2010-2011 – Mr. Dickison moved approval of the recommended Early and Additional Closings for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 and that the calendar be forwarded to the Governing Board with a recommendation for final approval.                 Recommendation of Two Board of Trustees Members to Serve on allegra edina email the PAL (Putnam, Alachua, Levy) County Library Cooperative – Mr. Hirsch reported there has been a slight change concerning the PAL Cooperative.   Levy County Commission would like to have only elected officials serving on the PAL Board, while Putnam County does not want any elected officials on the Board.   The first meeting of the PAL Cooperative Board will take place in September.   ACLD Trustees, if selected to serve on the PAL Cooperative Board will continue to serve as ACLD Trustees as well.
