Johnson and forward to the Pension Board of Trustees with a recommendation for approval. Johnson also presented an Estimated Current Investment Manager Fee Analysis. Johnson would send bid requests out for an independent custodian for the Pension Trust Fund. Johnson will also come back to PAC with a recommendation for an Investment Manager for the Pension Trust Fund.

                 Friends of the Library (FOL) Report Ms. Moore, Trustees FOL Representative, was unable to allegra odt otc attend the last Friends of the Library meeting. Hirsch, Library Director, reported allegra odt otc that the Friends discussed their annual meeting to be held September 26, 2010, at which their budget will be presented following allegra odt otc tours of Headquarters.   They also discussed mini allegra odt otc grants and their policies concerning allegra odt otc pets and children.   Volunteers may not bring pets to the Bookhouse unless on a allegra odt otc short leash, and children must be properly supervised.                  Foundation Board of allegra odt otc Directors Report Ms. Dickison, Trustees Foundation Representative, reported that the Foundation’s Annual Meeting will be held September 19, 2010.   A allegra odt otc link for the Gala registration is now on the Foundation’s website.         UNFINISHED BUSINESS             (No items allegra odt otc submitted in this category.      Board of Trustees Meeting Schedule Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Mr. Hirsch, Library Director The Board of allegra odt otc Trustees meets every third Wednesday of the month, with the addition of February 24, allegra odt otc 2011 for the Long Range Plan Workshop and May 26, 2011 for the Budget Workshop. Field moved approval of the meeting schedule for Fiscal Year 2010-2011.                  Early and Additional Closings Fiscal Year 2010-2011 – Mr. Dickison moved approval of the recommended Early and Additional Closings for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 and that the calendar be forwarded to the Governing Board with a recommendation for final approval.                 Recommendation of Two Board of Trustees Members to Serve on the PAL (Putnam, Alachua, Levy) County Library Cooperative – Mr. Hirsch reported there has been a slight change concerning the PAL Cooperative.   Levy County allegra beck age commission would like to have only elected officials serving on the PAL Board, while Putnam County does not want any elected officials on the Board.   The first meeting of the PAL Cooperative Board will take place in September.   ACLD Trustees, if selected to serve on the PAL Cooperative Board will continue to serve as ACLD Trustees as well.
